Supply
Supplying deposits an asset into the pool and mints you a zToken, an interest-bearing receipt that sits in your wallet and grows as interest accrues.
What you get depends on what you supply
- A stock or ETF token can be collateral. Supplying one, then enabling it, unlocks borrowing power while you keep exposure to the underlying asset's price. Supply APY on these is minimal, because nobody can borrow them. You do this to borrow, not to earn.
- USDG is the lending side. It funds the borrowers and earns their interest at a rate that climbs as the pool is drawn down. It is not collateral, so supplying it does not raise your borrowing power.
Step by step
- 1Open the app and connect. Go to app.zona.finance/lend and connect your wallet. Check the network selector reads Robinhood Chain. The app will prompt you to switch networks if needed.
- 2Pick the asset. The market table lists every reserve with its supply APY and total size. Select a row to load it into the control panel.
- 3Enter an amount. Type it, or use the 25 / 50 / 75 / 100% buttons to work from your wallet balance. Leave enough ETH behind for gas. You will need it later to repay or withdraw.

Health Factor∞
With no outstanding debt, health factor is shown as ∞ (infinity). Once you borrow, it becomes a number based on your collateral value and debt.
- 4Approve once, then supply. The first supply of a token grants the pool a reusable allowance, so expect an approval and a supply transaction the first time. Later supplies of that token normally need only the supply transaction. Review and revoke allowances from your wallet whenever you choose.
- 5Enable it as collateral if you intend to borrow. This is the separate transaction described above.
- 6Check the receipt. Your zToken balance appears under your deposited assets. A deposit improves health factor only when that asset is enabled and counted as collateral. USDG and assets marked collateral off do not add borrowing headroom.
Things worth knowing
- Supply caps apply. Each reserve accepts a limited amount, denominated in whole tokens. If a deposit fails despite a good balance, the cap is the usual reason, the market page shows the remaining room.
- Supplying works while the market is closed, provided the reserve itself is not frozen. Adding collateral takes on no new risk, so the price gate does not block it.
- Supplying is not the risky step. A supply-only position cannot be liquidated. Risk starts when you borrow against it. See Health Factor.
- Sending tokens directly to the pool is not a deposit. An unsolicited transfer to a zToken or pool address credits nobody and is not recoverable. Always supply through the app.
- Withdrawal depends on liquidity and on prices. See Withdraw.
